A true adventure in itself, exploring the enchanting streets of Arles and immersing ourselves in its rich history and vibrant atmosphere. The hotel's central location made it easy for our family to visit all the major sites and attractions, creating lasting memories for our children.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered a dedicated play area or activities for children to enjoy during their stay.

I enjoyed the charming spot and generous bites at the counter, the palette of local colors, and the attentive staff. The experimental cultural center and the continental breakfast were also great, just what I needed to start my day.
No air conditioning, so I had the pleasure of enjoying the scorching heat of September in Arles. Lovely experience.

A very special hotel with special decoration and special history. Rooms are big and clean. The Ceiling is very high so you would feel the room is large.
Our room is designed with some lights of "eye" feature. If you travel alone, I guess you would feel somewhat afraid coz the decorations would make you feel being observed all the time. Sounds a little bit scaring, hahaha.

Beautifully decorated hotel, clean and spacious. Generous and delicious breakfast. Staff makes you feel like family. Great location within city walls. Quiet and stylish room with large bathroom. Historic monastery setting. Close to main sights. Funky modern room with beautiful courtyard breakfast. Attentive staff.
Nothing that I didn't like.

A quirky hotel room - almost 1960s in style with bold colours and geometric tiles - but very comfortable and clean. Lovely receptionist.

We had an amazing stay at this centrally located hotel. the staff went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests, from room service to restaurant reservations. the breakfast was good and the coffee was great. the design and decor of the hotel were creative and unique, with beautiful mosaic floors and bathroom walls. the shower was spacious and the bathroom had plenty of shelf space and hooks. the location couldn't have been better, with major attractions and fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. a superb experience.
Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints at all.

Very modern and beautifully designed but this did not detract from the comfort factor. Most important were the location which was perfect and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff who were prepared to make phone reservations for us, print out maps, and all spoke excellent English. We would stay here again.
A bit complicated for guests with cars as you have to find the hotel down very narrow streets and then put your car in a nearby car park for 10Euros a day. You don't need a car in Arles anyway because you can walk everywhere.

Amazing design features and spacious rooms. The rooftop space was cool, despite the unforgiving Mistral wind. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the car park and through the Roman ruins area. Great service from the helpful staff. Good price compared to other hotels in the area.
Some noise from the city streets, but closing the wooden shutters helped. The GPS directing us through the winding and one-way streets was not reliable.

The room was amazing- we were upgraded. The staff were excellent
It was hard to find. Not well sign posted. Drove past it twice a lot of museums etc in Arles were closed. A bit down at heel compared with other historic towns

We had a delightful stay at Hotel du Cloître in the heart of the old town. the room, including the unique bathroom sink and large bathtub, was spacious and comfortable. the decor throughout the hotel was fabulous, and the staff were outstanding - friendly, helpful, and efficient. the continental breakfast served in the dining room every morning was fresh and delicious. the hotel's location is perfect, with major attractions and lovely restaurants close by. A great value for money. Cons: No 🐕friendly amenities.
